Principal Attorney
Anthony’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and complex real estate transactions. Anthony has counseled property owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals involved in complex land development and construction projects. Anthony has also litigated development projects throughout the Northeastern United States, such as New Jersey, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia to name a few.
Anthony is experienced in litigating complex claims in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in both State and Federal Court. He is a skilled litigator, experienced in all pre-trial proceedings, and prepared for trials and appeals. Anthony represents plaintiffs and defendants; from developers with disputes on a construction project to property owners defending slip and fall claims on their property. Anthony is an unmatched advocate, and he aims to win–not split the baby.
Anthony regularly handles commercial and residential real estate transactions. In particular, Anthony negotiates and closes large real estate development projects and investment properties. This includes large residential subdivisions, but also commercial plazas and strip malls. Anthony also assists clients in matters of corporate governance, such as corporate formations, operating agreements, and by-laws.
Anthony believes in zealous advocacy, but he also understands that an ounce of prevention can be worth a pound of cure. Anthony can assist clients in avoiding disputes, but is equally effective guiding clients through contentious litigation.
